“Ocean Echoes” was a sad old girl when we first met her, now she is brimming with love, light and happiness.
With a Rumpus Room to keep 6 kids happy, and a deck with ocean views to keep the adults happy, there is enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The house is situated between Surf and Wimbie beaches, and within walking distance to Surf Beach local IGA, Pharmacy and bottleshop. Fall in love with Ocean Echoes.
A view of Surf Beach can be seen from the deck through the gorgeous old gum trees. We have accommodated several families within the house, with a baby bath, highchair and portable cot available on request
I’m a mother of 4, wife/girlfriend to my gorgeous Greek husband. Our house is chaos with a little bit of chill thrown in for balance. I love to make old things new again, so I renovate. Our first listing has been our latest project for the last 8 months and we love it.

All bedrooms contain beautiful queen beds with 1000 thread count cotton linen. Sleeping is your body’s way of replenishing energy for the next day, it’s an important process, especially with kids to entertain!
Karen’s place at surf beach was in a great location walking distance to the beach and coffee shop, also not far away from Batemans Bay. The house is big and suitable for a large family. It has a great down stairs area for children and three good sized bedrooms for adults. Karen is quick at writing back to message if you need anything at all.

Cancellation Policy
48 hrs after booking, cancel up to 14 days with full refund, 5 days with half refund.
House Rules
- Please leave
house clean and tidy.Empty dishwasher of clean dishes and make sure your rubbish is removed from the kitchen and taken downstairs to council bins. - Please make sure you leave the BBQ and its surrounding area in a clean state, BBQ wipes have been provided for your convenience, unfortunately, we'll have to pass on the cleaners fee of $250 if it is found dirty.

Karen’s place is lovely. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrive. The house was very clean, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. Karen is a great host, friendly and easy to talk to. Her quick responses to my emails made the organization of the weekend very easy. Highly recommended!
This house really is just as great as it looks in the pictures and located in a beautiful part of the world.
Perfect home for sharing with multiple families. Great deck to sit in the sun. Fantastic downstairs space for kids to share and have to themselves. Close enough to the beach and a little cafe and IGA for everything to be super convenient. Such a beautiful spot. We would love to return
Beautifully renovated and decorated, light and spacious house. Plenty of room for two families and the kids room is enormous. Very clean and comfortable with all amenities, great location near several lovely beaches and 5 minutes walk from the shops. Highly recommended..
Karen’s house was great for our family holiday. The spacious living areas, both upstairs and downstairs, gave us ample room to relax and have fun. The location was fantastic, with a spectacular ocean view, just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to many tourist attractions. Hopefully we will be back to enjoy Ocean Echoes again!
